I received a bill after a visit.  Had to call my insurance and ask why they had not paid.  I was told the cleaning was done three weeks too early.  I was told by the office manager that is was my responsibility to make sure appointments were  made in the right time frame.  What?  Seriously?  NEVER have I had a dentist do this. I've been to a few dentists in the past few decades and it wasn't until I visited Dr. Sudeep that a question that I've had on my mind for a while about receding gums finally got answered, to my satisfaction.  I was impressed with the attention that I received from the staff to ensure that I understood everything that was happening,  I wasn't sure how I was going to pay for my treatment and they took the time to help me work out something that was workable for me.  I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone! He has since retired and Ms. Lakshmy now has the practice.  She seems to be overwelmed and HER profesional customer service has gone out the window.
