I was very enthusiastic about my new purchase until I encounter Scott in service.  I could not believe the lack of professionalism from a representative of Stevens Creek.  I took my car to service to get checked in.  Scott was very RUDE and short.  I understand when one is busy but this guy was straight RUDE to me.  He said he would call me when my car was ready.  I never received a call as promised so I called late in the afternoon to check status on my car.  After Scott answered my phone call, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes.  I finally hung up and called back.  When I let Scott know he left me on hold, his response was “Well, I’m busy and I can’t help everyone at once.  What do you need?”  Wow!! I’m sorry I called to check on my car, sorry I was such a bother and sorry you don’t have BASIC customer service skills.  It only got worse when I picked up my car.  Scott was once again RUDE to me as well as other customer’s he was helping.  Thanks to Scott in service, this will be my last service at this dealership.  Too bad Scott had to ruin a great experience because the Sales team were great.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-07-06"}]}
