> Described my window problem to Sue.  She had me watch an online video then either make my own repair, order parts through them if I could repair it myself or schedule an appt if I needed them to make the repair.  I was able to follow the video and the window works now.  I think that's the way a business should work.  I'd have been happy to pay for the referral but wasn't asked for anything in return.  I recommend giving them a call.
