The Comfort Specialist who visited my residence was prompt, on time, no pressure in explaining the Lennox furnace and how the Costco program worked. He followed up in a couple days to see if I had any questions. I did and they were answered satisfactorily. The installers arrived promptly, professional attention to detail in completing the job. They answered my questions about the installation process. I purchased the funace and they provided all the paperwork needed to apply for rebates programs.
