Dr. was negligent in his follow up & patient supervision.Office would not provide patient with patient medical info. P had to go in person to the office to pick up docs. Upon requesting the fax # they had been faxing the referral during the last 7 months for the required neurosurgeon, P realized the fax was a non working #. The office's negligence in sending a referral to a non existing fax # & the lack of Dr's care detrimentally affected P's health.This office takes advantage of patients who need the most medical aid but dont know how the system works. P was told that the office would call the police when P requested the medical records be emailed to her. P ended up calling police to get full records bc office staff realized they had acted in the complete disregard of P's health.  STAY AWAY!!!","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-29-09"}]}
