A simple tire (4 tires) change took almost three hours (1:30 to ~4:00PM) and on a relatively un-crowded work day.  When I arrived, the current manager, Roger Chirikdjian, told me the job would be completed in ~45 minutes, so I left and returned an hour later thinking the job would be completed.  Wrong, my car had just sat there for an hour, even though a work bay was open and there were only two other customers than me. Twenty minutes later a technician finally started work on my vehicle.  It took another hour and half to finish the work.I will not return to this Evans store until the current manager gets his sorry act together or is replaced by a competent manager.","rating":2,"date_published":"2011-10-12"}]}
