They had her labs and all her health care needs done at home (she was unable to leave her home) and it was so perfect for her.  Dr. Navazo has a cheerful, friendly bedside manner and she enjoyed his visits as well as his nurse's. The office staff is incompetent, dysfunctional and most incompassionate to the patients' needs!  They make too many mistakes that take up way too much of your own time to repair.
