> I live in the L.A. area but I was travelling in San Marcos and was running low on food.  I figured I could stop by here and pick up one box of meal bars to ensure I had enough until I got back home.  We don't have these centers where I live so I've been doing medifast on my own with a health coach (and have had very good success)As it turns out they refuse to sell you any food unless you are one of their clients.  Even I as a traveler "in need" was turned away.The lady behind the counter was cordial enough but the "tough ****" message came through loud and clear.It's apparent to me that the operators of this facility (the lady behind the counter told me all the Medifast centers in San Diego have the same owner) don't really care about helping people who are trying to lose weight or they would not put in place a policy like this.
