> 5-star Park!  Hard to get in here because people rarely move out, but get on a waiting list because it's worth it. Amenities, beauty, climate, convenient location, low rent (it's controlled!), excellent management and maintenance...you can't beat it. Best park in North San Diego County, I've looked at them all. I used Ameridise Realty to watch for a unit that met my needs to come on the market. Got a great deal that has increased in value.  Very pleased with the investment & lifestyle here. It's like resort living year round.
