My fiance and I live here and love it. The neighbors are nice the leasing office helps us with everything and they have a new handy man who comes on the same day or no more than the day after if we have an issue. They're still building more apartments and more guest spots. The pool and spas are awesome. Yeah these apartments are next to a University so don't expect peace and quiet all the time on the weekends but it's nothing out of control. I've never heard music or drunk people loud anywhere. Security is good too so I don't know what the deal with that is either.
