From the moment we met with Ed, who is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and passionate to the install team. We never felt pressured or like we were only a number. Getting our solar system was quick and painless and fun to watch unfold. The install team showed up promptly at 8:30a and they were done by 2:30p the same day. Everyone was very friendly and professional and they kept us in the loop. Evan came by a couple of days later to set up the electronic monitoring portion with us and make sure we were good to go with SDGE emails and the additional (easy steps) we need to monitor our power generated (they even have an app)! The inspection was completed within a couple of days of install and we received the green light from SDGE.
