I recently lost my husband of 49 years, and found it awfully difficult to take on such a major project alone.  It was quite difficult for me emotionally, but the help of Elaine, who is the owner, made it much easier and exciting to pick out my next choice of carpeting.  What was once a painful journey to take alone, became a fun, invigorating experience for me.  I am so happy with the professionalism of the installers and the results are just the icing on the cake!
