> Dr. Kogan is a very calm, understanding, no pressure, confident Dr.. And when you're worried about what's going on with you that's what you need. And he doesn't rush you through your appt and will answer any questions you may have.. Two locations is a definite plus as well..San Pablo and Berkeley.. Its very nice when you have a kind polite competent staff to back up the Dr and he has just that..SO HE CAN FOCUS ON THE IMPORTANT THING...HELPING YOU!  They will work with you until that issue is resolved! Never saying 'we can't help you!' NEVER!  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!+THX Dr. Kogan & Staff
