My first experience with Pizza Guys San Pablo, CA was on 09.08.2014 & it was the WORST . I went to this pizza place with (2) of my eld elderly neighbors , to use our coupons that say : "FREE GARLIC BREAD" (No Purchase Necessary) MUST Present coupon ; Pick up Only . We were told although we stay in 3 separate homes , we were unable to use our coupons because we came in together. The manager told us this & we asked if we can present identification to let him know we don't stay together & he said no we were just trying to get free stuff. But isn't that what the coupon is for ? I asked. He then said that me & one of my other neighbors needed to come back one day at a time. I told him that does not make since & why doesn't the coupon have this statement on the coupon. He then said itb doesn't need to because he's telling me. I told him that was false advertising & he then said well that doesn't matter & we were trying to get to much free stuff. I told him to quit talking to me & he told me to get the F*** out . He then threw my other elderly neighbor thats on crutches coupon on the floor, then said no ones getting anything & get out ! He was rude , disrespectful , & lacks a whole lot of customer service ! That manager is going to make this business go downhill fast. After working several years in customer service , I always believe that the customer is ALWAYS & will forever be right ! I called corporate & they told me there's nothing they can do , but I want to get this out in the world . Because I feel like if he gets away treating honest customers the way he did, we as people are just approving people to treat use any kind of way & I will NOT stand fot it. Do not give this location your money ! Im funny about my food and I like things a certain way. Like I don't want my cheese so over done that it's brown. That's a burnt pizza to me. I can't have the sauce burning my mouth either. And theirs doesn't. The only thing I don't like is the price of their delivery charge. It's too much to me. Three dollars is too much but I'll pay it if that's what it takes to get their pizza! Everyone should try it at least once. I bet you'll like it. Wait till you get a coupon in the mail and then get one.
