When I got to the front I was told that the spicy chixken breast wasn't ready and did I want a mild or I could wait a few min. I said I wanted spicy and I can wait. After a few min the manager was asking the cashier what was going on which I guess she explained...the manger walks to the back and then gives me a box... I get home and and all three boxes of chicken tenders and fries are cold.. the chicken breast was cold as well meaning it just didn't come out and it wasn't spicy... so what was I waiting on? I believe the manager knew he wasn't giving me a spicy breast and he knew it wasn't fresh. I called over six times in a 1 1/2 and not once did someone answer the phone.... bad customer service, old, cold food. Not the first bad experience I had here. I wish there we other Popeyes to choose from.
