> My rating is only about a Wal-Mart employee name Anthony at the customer service checkout.He was very knowledgeable about my needs &amp; handled it well. A female employee that worked next to him was also pleasant that day.Unfortunately his manager lacked customer service skills &amp; was clueless about Wal-Mart's credit card policy.I had more knowledge about how it worked. I expressed to his manager that she didn't know what she was talking about. Unfortunately I was angry &amp; was heard setting her straight by other customers.Anthony asked if he could help resolve my issue. His manager said yes &amp; walked away.He had me checked out in no time.Thank u Anthony! Because of ur great customer service skills I will shop again. I request u be promoted to management &amp; ur manager demoted. The manager needs to learn Wal-Mart's policys before taking on such an important roll.I rate the manager 0 stars = F-.

> People have good days and bad, but when I called the shoe department to ask if they had a size, they were very helpful and were willing to put it on hold for me. So it all depends on who you get that day and also what day it is for that particular person.

> I totally agree with the bad service given at this particular store.  Every time I go there the employees are not very helpful.  But what it all boils down to is Management.  They need to be more selective when hiring and set foot down with their employees.   If you really pay attention each time you go to the store is like they're in a playground, wondering doing nothing, playing with merchandise, and hiding from customers!

> Everytime I go to this store I get no good service and to be honest the prices are not much of a difference.  Especially the photo department is a total mess.  Everytime time I've been there, not once have I been asked if I need it help.  Their clothes department is very poor compare to the other Wal-Mart stores too.

> I have had very bad experiences with the staff at this particular Wal-Mart. I know they dont make a lot of money, but it is thier job to service the perspective buyers. I have never had a good experience at this store. For example:I was going to purchase a Bar-B-Que grill. Money/Price was not of the most important thing. I wanted a stainless gas grill with a large capacity. I seen one there that I wanted. It was perfect. On sale for $199.00. My husband and I after asking 3 separate times for help, waited for at least 30 minutes. Finally we waved a guy down and ask for his help. He didnt work in that department (he was trying to be helpful). There were none in the box and he checked to see if any were in the back. No, there wasnt. However there were three identical grills on display. Three that had been assembled and on the floor. We asked if we could buy one of the floor models and he was told "No". Now... If there were three models on the floor, why couldnt they sell us one? I then went to the Martinez store and low and behold there it was on the floor the same grill. Only one. The salesman not only sold me the floor model @ $187.00, but he even helped me load it into my  Explorer. Now that is customer service. The San Pablo store employees are lazy, grumpy and not helpful what so ever. They act as if you are bothering them. With the exception on one older employee, they are horrible. Needless to say I will never shop there again.
