We were running close to closing time (1:00 on a Saturday) so we called to make sure we could get a ride to the cruise terminal which was only 0.6 miles away and we were told no problem. When we got there, we were told that we were on our own to get there. Very unprofessional!Also, We had a $50 gift certificate that we were unable to use. The San Diego office where we picked the car up told us we had to use the certificate when we dropped it off and when we dropped it off we were told that we had to use it when we picked the car up.","rating":1,"date_published":"2017-10-01"},{"author_name":"Christopher L.","review_text":"Best customer service Hands Down!
