> Called company after receiving flyer with spring special for a/c tune up. Voice on phone seemed nice, set appointment for next day at noon - surprised how quick to get someone out.Onappointment day, company showed it true self. My noon appointment came and went, I called the 562 number at 1 only to get an answering service that said they showed no information regarding my appointment - they hung up promptly (without an apology) when I said I just wanted to cancel. 30 minutes later I received a call from "Frank" at a 310 number that said JM Services on the Caller ID - Frank was calling to tell me that they were running a little late (he called 1.5 hours after their appointment to tell me they were running late?). When I complained about the answering service not knowing anything about our appointment and the person hanging up on me Frank said "ok" when I told Frank that I just want to cancel my appointment he said thankyou and hung up on me before he could finish his sentence.
