Although, they did a great job repairing the scratch, I was rathered frustrated and upset at the fact they came back to me and told me it's going to cost $100 more than they quoted me.  It wasn't a significant increase, but at the same time since this was the first time I went to Bertolli's to have repair work done, I'm became very skeptical.  The job they did was good and they did buff out some smaller scratches on the door along with washing and cleaning my car, but I was upset that I had to pay an additional $100 for small clips and an hours worth of work.  It seemed rather a high to me.  The staff is friendly and curteous, but having to pay an additional $100 for something small on top of the quote was rather upsetting.  I don't know if I would recommend to the place to anybody else, since the actual cost was higher than what they quoted.  However, they were friendly and did have the job done on time.","rating":3,"date_published":"2010-22-03"}]}
