> I never thought I would review a Burger King either, but the customer service was so horrific that I had to say something. It started the moment I started ordering from the drive-thru. Patricia was extremely rude and told me in a huffy  voice that "look maam, you have to hold on." There was only one car in front of me that she was helping. I ordered a Sprite and was told they were out. I then ordered a green tea and she acted like I was speaking Martian. Then  I ordered a sundae and asked for a lid. I  was told that Burger King never puts lids on their sundaes. So, if a women walks in with four kids and orders five meals, including four sundaes, Burger King just throws them in the bag with no lids or expects the women to carry the lidless sundaes upright. In addition, she is supposed to watch four kids and carry the other bags. it was absolutely ridiculous.
