Because of budget restrictions, the work was completed over two phases. My experience with their installation crew and sales associate was excellent all around. They were effective when getting the city permit and explained how the installation of the different windows and inspection would be. Pricewise, they were fair. I had 4 other bids, but Charles Windows provides warranty of the installations for the lifetime of my home ownership. I felt a valuable customer and have no hesitation in recommending their services.","rating":5,"date_published":"2012-21-02"}]}
