> I was promised that if I paid IN FULL for a limited edition 3DSXL, I would be guaranteed to be able to pick it at any time and that it would be held for me indefinitely. Not only did they go back on their word by claiming that I had only pre-ordered the system, they also called an old number on my file AFTER I had given them my new number, and they also SOLD MY COPY. Now I have to wait a minimum of two weeks for them to ship a copy from their Dallas location to the bay area, CA.I'm leaving this review for anyone who is thinking on making some sort of arrangement with the Northgate location in San Rafael. They lie, they're incompetent, and they did not reimburse me.
