> There are so many better options in the Bay Area if you like contracting. BATW pays less than others for the same job (comparing projects at Cisco with 5 different contractors- BATW is one if the lowest). They often pay on annual basis and pay every other week (Paycheck late sometimes so don’t set up your automatic payments based on your paycheck from BATW). There is no chance to advance in career or projects with BATW. Management at BATW communicates in terrible, unprofessional manner. If you want to change the contractor within the same client (e.g. Cisco), BATW will do everything to make it difficult and unpleasant.  I will not recommend starting your career with them nor to take a short project for a “waiting period". At Bay Area Tech Workers you waste your time, learn bad habits, deal with unprofessional and unpleasant people, get one of the lowest pays compare to other contractors for the same project. Highly not recommended place to work at.
