> Been with them 10 yrs. Rates got higher and higher each yr, called them to seek lower rate, but they refused. I ended up switched to another company which gave me a much lower rate. Called them to close the account but it took them 3 months to finalized. Of course, I ended up being charged for 4 months of statement fee. Such cheaters!!!
