Even with a receipt, they would not let me pick up my dress and shoes I had already for after the wedding party I was part of was cancelled way ahead of time. They stated that they no longer carried the materials to fabricate it, but they couldn't give me a refund. I took these people to small claims court. I was awarded the full refund plus court costs.
