Do a little googleing and you will find out that if you are not a member with PSA, don't bother taking your stuff to them. They will not pass it. They will hold your stuff hostage until you pay and sign your life away. They have their own people selling on Ebay so it your are competition with them, you definately will not pass. Now, send your stuff in again(double up), and they will pass you the second time(more $$).
