The guy test drove it and I told him about the symptoms beforehand. So he came to the conclusion it was the struts and told me it would be $500 to repair. The symptoms I was having had nothing to do with the struts so I didn't repair it and took it to ANOTHER repair shop. They inspect it and it was just a pulley, a $30 fix. So in conclusion, AVOID THIS PLACE THEY WILL GIVE YOU FALSE REPAIRS AND TRY TO MAKE MONEY OFF YOU.
