I ordered online at 1:30, I call at 2:00 to check the status and the guy says - \"is it for pick up?\" Which is ridiculous because I clearly requested a phone call for order confirmation. I call back at 3:27 and another employee says \"sorry but you're too far away to deliver\" this was a lie, because I've ordered from here (pick up & delivery) several times before! (They're less than 1.5 miles away). I ask to speak to a manager and they refuse repeatedly saying \"ok 45 minutes, 45 minutes\" they already charged my account, so I order at 1:30 and expect delivery at 4:15?!? WTH?!? This is the final time I will give my business to this restaurant! Too bad, because I really like the food.
