They said that I can refund within 1 month so I accepted to this. Right after checking the policy, I called back to refund it over and over. Now, they don't even get the call. Please tell me if there is someone who gets refund.As other guys said I called to Palmer company but they said  that they have no information about me. How did you get refund from that? Also, I recently reached to the National car care center customer service guy again and he transfer me to refund department but the only thing I could do was leaving a message. They said I have to wait 72 hours but have you ever got the call from them?--------------------------------------------------------------------------Updated 8/2/2017I claimed to Califonia Attorney General about this via online form and they send them a message. Finally, they decided to give me the refund after that. (10 months after my first refund request!!) It only took about 1~2 months from the online claim to the refund check.
