> Just like the reviews above I had simular experiences with this group.  I am still not sure if these people actually work for this company or if they are using their information to harass and scam people.  They called and left messages at home, work and at family members houses stating that i owed money and that i was using other names to open accounts.  I never had an account with the company he stated that i did and i never knew the person who was asking about.  The phone number on the yellow pages doesn't even appear to be legitimate.  When we called the 949-724-9544 we only heard static.  Not very professional.  Please check into this if they contact you.

> They called for my husband telling me that he had a crdit card from BofA in 2004.  That is untrue because if they knew whqt they were doing they would see that it was a charge off because someone stole my husband's checks and they have pictures of this man and woman writing them in the fraud department of BofA.  They kept hanging up on me and said they were lawyers of a law firm and were going to serve my husband to go to court.  They, being Joel Durbin and David Vasquez yelled at me and were so very rude I couldn't believe that this was a legitimate company.  I did my homework they are trying to collect money from already settled accounts.  Fraud, Scam, and Beware.  Everyone take note to this company.  There is no indicatio neither that any of them are real attorneys.  I need help to get these people to leave us alone.

> This compay has called my home on numerous occasions looking for someone that I don't even know.  When I tried to let them know they had the wrong number a person by the name of Tom Cramer proceeded to yell and screan at me.  He would not let me speak.  I cantacted my local authorities who had the same experience with him that I had.
