> The manager promised to give me a $50 credit if they will perform the replacement of Condenser unit through my home protection company.  THEY refused to do that when my home protection company finally ready to proceed.Their out of pocket charges is $485 and the other company charges was $185 plus they didn't ask to replace a lot of parts while the other company wants to do the job right and ask to replace for certain parts.  Unfortunately, the home protection company went with them since it will cost them a lot less. They can only schedule appointment before 3 pm.  One day the contractor called 4 min before 3pm and said he was ready to come and when I was in the yard and didn't hear the phone, even I called earlier and asked where he was.  I called back a little later and he said that he couldn't come out since he already left the area.Not only this... the young receptionist guy is very rude and NO help at all.
