> Purchased a new V3 Razr and was completely scammed. First I charged the phone for 8 hours and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. When I tried to exchange the battery the representative said that it was a used battery and did not come with the phone. Second I was told when purchasing the phone that it was compatible with T-Mobile service....it's only half compatible (they admitted to knowing this). Several of the settings necessary for downloading the configurations from T-Mobile are missing as this phone is configured for EUROPEAN telecommunications. IT ISN'T MEANT FOR USE IN THE UNITED STATES!!!
