> Mr. Durbin and this company are in the process of being sued by a class action law suit and we are in the process of corresponding with the Attorney General of California.  We have now enough proof the shut this company down. Multiple complaint reports were filed with the Federal Trade Commission for violating several FDCPA laws as well.  If anyone has experienced violation of FDCPA laws by this company, please to go www.ftc.gov and file a complaint and to register on their Do Not Call List.  Reach out to the California Attorney General at oag.ca.gov and file a complaint as well.
