> Do not hire this man!  I hired him to take pictures and draw sketches at a property in Santa Barbara.  He was a week late getting in the assignment, I provided him with a checklist of the pictures I needed and he ignored it, he didn't do the sketches properly and the pictures that he did take, half of them were so dark you couldn't make them out.  I can't imagine what I would have gotten if I had asked him to value something.
