He said he was \"interested\" in the job, meaning he felt his crew could really create a beautiful shower enclosure to his exacting standards.  Even though this was a small job, Cayetano, and his selected crew of glass tile experts - Andres and Manuel - really delivered!  It was as if this was the most important job they had ever done.  The particular layout of this tile job, with straight, rather than staggered tile, posed a challenge, as any mistake would be amplified.  This, coupled with the difficult-to-work-with glass tile we selected made the job even more difficult, and fraught with pitfalls.  Andres, and Manuel exhibited clear top level skills, but just as importantly a tremendous sense of pride in a job well done.  We could not have hoped for a better design and outcome!
