No prior notice was given so now I'm trapped. I can't afford the hundreds of dollars a 5 minute appointment costs. I guess fighting cancer is not enough now I have to fight unethical business practices. If Dr Dean wants cash only that's fine but have some integrity and give your patients notice so they can save their pennies or make other arrangements.","rating":1,"date_published":"2008-22-10"}]}
