First set of  very expensive glasses was defective and had to be remade. Second set was worse and not polarized, an option that I had ordered and paid for.  No one there seemed to know that two polarized lenses rotated 90 degrees to each other cancel all light so the viewer sees nothing but black thru the lenses.  I demonstrated that simple test to Dr Burris and got a refund for the bogus polarization option. The frame broke some months later and, even tho there was a 100% warranty, Ms Johns insisted I pay a $35 service charge.  I disputed the charge with the credit card company. Dr. Burris then agreed it was indeed improper and promised to refund it.Two weeks later, I am still waiting for the refund. Unless rudeness, overselling, and incompetence are appealing to you, go someplace else. Don't waste your time, money and patience with them.","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-06-09"}]}
