> While their prices are a bit steep, the staff is a nice bunch and they carry just about everything one would need for medical needs; from tape to commode chairs.

> The owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and go way beyond the regular call of duty to satisfy their customers needs. I could tell you stories, but I don't want them to recognize me! I've been shopping for medical products there since 2007: the year I moved here to Santa Barbara, and honestly, their prices are even lower than some online "discount" sellers, only online one has to wait a week to receive items and one doesn't get their warm "hello!" If there were an Olympic contest in Santa Barbara for pharmacy customer service, Federal Drug wins by a mile! 2-THUMBS UP !!!

> I have been going to this pharmacy for quite sometime.  It is close & convenient to my home.  The staff has been very nice & pleasant to deal with except for one person.  The red haired female is a bit rude at times but other than that everyone else is great to deal with.

> Professional, friendly, patient-oriented. I have a severely disabled brother and am in the pharmacy at least once a week for something or other. Always feel welcome and confident. While I usually call my prescription refills ahead of time, on those occasions when I've had to "fly by", there never has been a wait of any significance. Also has some medical supplies not stocked commonly elsewhere. A REAL drug store!

> Ever helpful, courteous, friendly. The staff knows my family, makes suggestions as to how to save money, takes initiative to give us the best service possible. I started going to Federal Drug when Long's ran out of my daughter's Ritalin for the third time in a year. For the same price as rude and indifferent service at Long's I find filling prescriptions to be a pleasure.
