They are impossible to get a hold of, incompetent, rude, and completely useless. If you experience a problem while under their management, good luck. If you ever need to get a hold of someone, good luck. If you want to get your safety deposit back, good luck. If you think you're a cool, calm, peaceful person, I challenge you to do business with Meridian and not get frustrated/want to chuck a chair at the wall/pull your (or their) hair out. If you can, avoid them. If you can't, email them so that you can keep a record of all the times you attempted to get a hold of them. When they tell you "I don't know what you're talking about.." when you scream "PAY ATTENTION TO ME!", you can just shove your emails right back at 'em in their face.
