> Going in to an Appliance parts store as a Woman who knows nothing about parts, trying to fix my dryer myself. I can say I had a extremely helpful guy who not only knew exactly what I needed but did all but come fix it for me. Even the other costumers were helping. Not to mention all the money I saved fixing it myself.
