After today, they are dead to me! We were just treated so rudely. My husband waited in line to order our breakfast while I sat outside with our dog. Some guy who came in after us jumped to the front of the line & the staff did nothing, oh well they did something: they took his order & told my husband to wait. When my husband got frustrated & walked out they yelled something about the other guy having a phone in order. Really...really did this guy learn nothing in kindergarten about waiting in line. We walked out & will NEVER walk in again! I hope some manager out there in Rudy's land reads this & teaches his staff customer service!","rating":1,"date_published":"2014-22-02"}]}
