He showed and explained to me the problem with my car before he actually worked on it.  He also gave me discount when he knew that I was cheated by another repair shop.  Remember: DON\"T go to those shops that advertise in mailers.  I learn my lesson in an expensive way. Now I know where to go when my cars have problems.
