> These guys were great!!!I didn't realize that this was the owner's cell phone number, and made the bonehead move of calling him at 9PM on a Sunday! He answered, quite calmly, and didn't make me feel awkward or at fault (even though I certainly felt both). He is VERY honest and was able to give me some troubleshooting tips over the phone. FREE OF CHARGE! Monday he came to my home-office and fixed my HP Laserjet Pro M476 printer. PLUS: he offered me a toner which is half price compared to Costo. I just realized I don't even know his name. But regardless, he's great. My experience with this company was excellent!!

> I called to see if I could take my printer in for servicing but Shafqat was very helpful and said he could try to help identify the problem over the phone so I wouldn't have to drive from Union City to Santa Clara for nothing.  It's good to know that this company isn't just trying to get "business".  They actually tried to help me without taking any money.  If I do need to call for printer service or even take printer in for servicing, I won't hesitate to contact Hi-Tech.
