When I came to picked it up, the button wasn't in the right place. The staffs in the store are not well trained, especially one Filipino lady talked very impolite to customers although she pretended to be kind.  Replies to my questions were totally unclear, and too much pushing. Not sure they are selling high end bags or organic vegetable.  All bags are made in USA. I feel the LV store in Stanford Shopping Center is better, at least the staffs there are more professional.   Also, you never get a rely from the store not matter how many times you call and how many messages you left.  Very bad store and service!","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-21-12"}]}
