Not true.  No idea how many times my belongings were moved/stored, but they were delivered by a private contract driver/truck-- with damage.Forced packing at pick-up with extra charges and outright lies from the sales person. Once they had our stuff, they were very rude and unhelpful, and wouldn't return our phone calls.  Twice they gave us bogus arrival dates, but didn't call when their plans changed.
