I learned my lesson the hard way after I purchased two bottles of ammonia block from them.  Raul told me to place both bottles of block in my pond and it would take care of problem. He then told me I would at some point need to change part of the water, but only after I place the bottles in the pond.  After I put the bottles in the pond “ALL” my Koi fish died within minutes.  I called the store and told him what had happened, Raul back peddled and twisted his words around saying he never told me to put both bottles in.  I had 3000.00 if fish. Believe me.
