> GM Climate Control install my heating and air-conditioning unit less than three years ago. I paid for  labor and parts warranty for ten years. It broke down couple of weeks ago during the heat wave. When I called Victor, he lied to me that he was out of town and I should get another repairman. Don't use him.

> Our A/C went out at 5pm on a Saturday before the 4th of July. We thought we were out of luck.   Called GM, which is close to our house in Saugus,  and miraculously they were able to come out within an hour.   Fixed the problem quickly and was professional.  Would recommend to others.
