Great news that Sizzler decided to return to SCV after 2 decades.      Though it wasn't yet open when I was last at Golden Valley Ctr on Jan 2nd,  I know a lot of people will visit this SIZZLER, conveniently located on East side of SCV in Canyon Country.  Many of us have been requesting SIZZLER to come to Santa Clarita… for years.  Best of all, we've needed a  restaurant such as SIZZL:ER on the East Side of SCV for the longest time!   We don't need another fast food drive-thru restaurant, we have those... but a STEAK restaurant, that's a FAMILY restaurant & affordable  will prove to be a “gold mine”     No more needing to make the trek over to Valencia on the West Side to go out to eat at the glut of new and established restaurants!   There are so many families and couples living on the “forgotten” and  less developed East side living in Fair Oaks Ranch, Canyon Country, Sand Canyon, etc    Actually, many members of my family are fans  of Sizzlers, and we’ve had to travel to Sizzlers in Los Feliz, Northridge, Hollywood, Palmdale and Culver City… NO MORE!  We now have our very own restaurant.    With good management & service, this nice family restaurant for STEAKS, this will be a VERY POPULAR business on the East Side of town! ** ps ** I think that the restaurant should stay open LATER on Fri and Sat nights than 9:30p.   Though we are a suburb of LA, we don't \"roll-up the sidewalks\" and go to sleep by 10pm on the weekends!   :-)       I'm sure that if and when the owners see  patrons want it, they will make changes in the future. ***  GOOD LUCK & MUCH SUCCESS for this Sizzler location ***.","rating":5,"date_published":"2014-10-01"}]}
