The front desk and the on-duty vets showed total indifference to my dog - who was in such pain and distress that she could not walk or even stand on her feet - and because I had not made a prior appointment I had to wait for about three hours for the first available appointment slot. I NEVER went back and found another vet that day (who saw and treated my dog immediately) with whom I am VERY happy.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-07-03"}]}
