> I recently switched gyms and came to Gold's, or Santa Cruz Power Fitness, after using a friend's buddy pass to take a class.  I felt a little confused about the membership and payment process because the guy who signed me up was kind of pushy.  However, compared to my old gym, this one is MUCH more organized and clean.  I usually work out on my own, but I really like the male cardio kickbox teacher's class.  He seems to want everyone to do well and is in tune with what each person needs, especially after you've been there a few times.  He and some of the other trainers and employees are also welcoming and friendly just around the gym.  The space behind the gym is nice too.  I've seen some classes go back there, and other people jogging or working out in the sun.  Overall, I'm glad I switched to this gym.
